Returns Policy

At Turtle and Wolf, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to return a product if it is faulty, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description provided. We will offer you a replacement product or refund if the product meets any of these criteria.

If you change your mind about a product, we will accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase. However, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

To return a product, please email us at hello@turtleandwolf.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that the returned product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or store credit within 14 days. We will notify you by email once your refund or store credit has been processed.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
