Turtle & Wolf Royal Pet Portrait Competition

Terms & Conditions — October 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is Turtle & Wolf – Makers and Crafters, Australia (the Promoter).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who attend the Melbourne Cat Lovers Show on 17 or 18 October 2026 and have an Australian delivery address.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.

3. Competition period

The competition opens on Saturday 17 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday 18 October 2026.

4. How to enter

Eligible visitors must scan the competition QR code displayed at the Turtle & Wolf stand at the Cat Lovers Show and complete the online entry form with their first name, last name and valid email address.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prizes

Three winners will each receive one personalised Royal Pet Portrait, created by Turtle & Wolf using a suitable photograph supplied by the winner.

• First Prize: 30 × 40 cm portrait — retail value $109.95 AUD

• Second Prize: 25 × 30 cm portrait — retail value $89.95 AUD

• Third Prize: 20 × 25 cm portrait — retail value $74.95 AUD

Total prize pool: $274.85 AUD, including delivery within Australia.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

6. Draw

Three winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at 10:00 am AEDT, at the Turtle & Wolf business premises in Melbourne, Victoria.

The first eligible entry drawn receives first prize, the second receives second prize, and the third receives third prize.

7. Winner notification and publication

Winners will be notified individually by email using the address supplied on their entry form.

The winners' first names and surname initials, obtained when claiming their prizes, will also be published on the Turtle & Wolf website on Tuesday 20 October 2026, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Winners must respond within seven days of notification to claim their prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law, including any required redraw or notification process.

8. Portrait creation and delivery

Each winner must provide a clear, suitable photograph of their pet and the personalisation details requested by Turtle & Wolf.

Portraits will be created in Turtle & Wolf's signature Royal Pet Portrait style. Artistic interpretation and composition remain at the Promoter's discretion.

Prizes will be dispatched within the timeframe required by applicable trade promotion laws, subject to the winner providing the necessary photograph and delivery information promptly.

9. Privacy and marketing

Personal information collected will be used to administer the competition, contact winners, publish winner details as described above and arrange prize delivery.

Subscription to Turtle & Wolf marketing emails is entirely optional and does not affect an entrant's chance of winning.

Marketing communications will only be sent to entrants who separately opt in. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Turtle & Wolf Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

10. General conditions

The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

The Promoter may amend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.
