Production Time

All Turtle & Wolf pieces are thoughtfully designed and precision crafted in our Australian studio.

As each item is made to order, please allow:

3–5 business days for production.

During peak seasons or sale periods, production times may extend slightly. If this occurs, we will always communicate clearly.

We ship Australia-wide using tracked postal services.

Delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (location dependent)
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside of our control once your order has been lodged.

If you require your piece by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability.

We will always do our best to accommodate special timeframes where possible.

Each order is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Where possible, we use protective and considered packaging materials suited to the nature of the product.

Each piece is individually made to order.

Due to the nature of timber and the manufacturing process, slight variations in grain, tone or acrylic finish may occur.

These subtle differences are part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
