These variations are part of the character of our products and are not considered defects.

3. Personalised & Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

• Please ensure all spelling and details are correct before submitting your order
• We are not responsible for customer-provided spelling errors
• Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind

If we make an error during production, we will rectify it promptly.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided on our website.

5. Production & Shipping

Production times are listed on our Shipping & Turnaround page and may vary during peak periods.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• External events beyond our control

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality

• Personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds
• Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
• Change-of-mind returns (where applicable) may be eligible for store credit
